Office Notary
Convenient, cost-effective, and reliable notary services are available by appointment at our office. Ideal for individuals who prefer to come in for a quick signing without additional travel fees.
- Basic California Notary Acknowledgment or Jurat: $15 per signature
- Certifying a Copy of Power of Attorney (POA): $15 per copy
- Witnessing a Signature: $15 per signature

Mobile Notary
For those unable to visit our office, I offer mobile notary services. Mobile services are by appointment only and must be prepaid. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required for a full refund.
Mobile Fees (in addition to the standard notary fees):
- Within 30 minutes (roundtrip): $50
- 30–60 minutes (roundtrip): $100
- 60–120 minutes (roundtrip): $175
- Over 120 minutes: $250+ (must be approved and quoted)

Appointment, Payment Policies, & ID Requirements
Appointment Policies
- Appointment Approval: All appointments must be approved in advance.
- Mobile Appointments: Pre-payment required, refundable with 24-hour notice.
- In-Office Appointments: Require a 12-hour notice for cancellation to avoid a fee.
- Accepted Payments: Credit Card (with a hold for booking), Cash, Venmo, Zelle.
No personal checks accepted.
Identification Requirements
To proceed with notarization, you must provide one of the following unexpired, government-issued IDs:
- State Driver’s License or Identification Card
- U.S. Passport (or Passport Card)
- U.S. Military ID
- Federally recognized Tribal ID
All identification must include a photo, description, signature, and expiration date.
